Sensedia is a Brazilian company specialized in API management and integration, with around 600 people — most of them on the technology team. It serves enterprise companies that need to orchestrate their APIs with governance and security and, more recently, their AI platforms as well.
The People team was restructuring the technical career track and needed input to match: to hear, in depth, the people with the most experience at the company — architects, specialists and technical leaders who could contribute to that vision. A round of individual interviews at that size would take weeks.
Instead, the research was run by Grunn's voice AI. The invite went out individually, on Slack, to 115 selected people, and stayed open for just four days.
Within the first 24 hours, 47 people had already been interviewed; within 72 hours, 91. In the end, there were 115 in-depth interviews, averaging 11 minutes each — with results available to the team right after each conversation. A scale unthinkable in the traditional format, without giving up the depth of a real conversation.
For the People team that ran the study, the gain was scale and speed the traditional format can't reach:
We managed to cover a large number of people very fast, in four days. If we had to interview them one by one, it would never have been possible.
We reached a response speed I don't think we'd ever get with a form. I'd use it again, no doubt.
The feedback I collected was very positive: most people loved it and found it more fluid than writing, which feels stiff. The experience was really positive — and I'd use it again.
And it wasn't only the People team's perception. Those who took part felt the difference too:
The conversation feels far more natural than filling out a form full of ready-made questions. You answer what you're actually thinking, and the AI digs deeper into the topics as the conversation unfolds.
That is exactly what Grunn is here for: turning a listening effort that would take months into a few days of real conversations — for people and career decisions made with stronger evidence.
